Shipping

We want to deliver your goods to you as quickly as we possibly can, indeed a large percentage of our orders are delivered within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment. However, please allow up to 15 working days from making payment to receiving your item. If there is any deviation from this expected delivery time, you will be notified by email. Most deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail. Occasionally items are lost in the post, this can happen and it is beyond our control, if this does happen we will ensure a replacement item is sent. In these rare cases we must ask you to allow at least 15 working days from the date of dispatch before we are able to send the replacement. We will make a claim for any missing items through Royal Mails claim system and you may be contacted by them to assist with their enquiries.
